(February 24, 2009) – We’re a nation beset by clutter.  Clean it out.  Get your closets empty.  You can organize a yard sale,  or sell the stuff on Craig’s List, or on eBay.  You can donate your junk to charity and maybe get a tax deduction. At any rate, someone who can use the stuff will have it, and it won’t be cluttering your home.

But the most important reason to do this is to help clear your mind.  Do you know that some folks buy multiple items simply because they have so much clutter, they don’t remember they already have one of the item?

Clear out clutter – know what you have – make a list and don’t buy anything that’s not on the list.  Enjoy your life as a tightwad.
